CELL PHONES
Cell Phone Classroom Procedure:
Homeroom teacher collects cell phones and store in a secure location in the classroom. Collecting cell phones should be consistent from day 1 as part of the classroom routine. If student is non-compliant – follow PBIS infraction procedures
Email Assistant Principal with non-compliant student names
PBIS Infraction Procedures:
1st infraction consequence – conference with student using behavior think sheet conversation questions
2nd infraction consequence – family/caregiver contact
3rd infraction consequence – time out / detention with teacher or behavior contract
4th infraction consequence – *other* – referral to Assistant Principal and student will be placed on the monthly activity omission list for 30 days
